Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Went in to view a car but left buying a 2016 Corolla. Gwen Jones at Toyota Town London was able to give us some information and a test drive on the car. She was busy serving other customers but help us wi Gwen Jones at Toyota Town London was able to give us some information and a test drive on the car. She was busy serving other customers but help us with our walk in appearance. We were only looking but with the comfortable experience, her knowledge and the pricing at the store we ended up in the finance department filling out the application. We dropped in Friday afternoon and picked our wonderful car Thursday afternoon. Thanks Gwen this experience was wonderful. LH More

Leased RAV4 2016 On September 6th, I traded in my leased 2012 RAV4 for a new leased 2016 RAV4. Gwen made my ToyotaTown experience wonderful I went to ToyotaTown knowing which vehicle I wanted. Gwen showed me 3 different color Camry's and was patient with indecision. Also, during our test d I went to ToyotaTown knowing which vehicle I wanted. Gwen showed me 3 different color Camry's and was patient with indecision. Also, during our test drive with the car I ended up with, I was not sure if my wife would like it so Gwen suggested we take the car to her. Great idea. My wife loved it. If found this dealership easy to deal with. No pressure tactics. I would highly recommend Gwen and ToyotaTown. More

Very pleased with the entire experience! I was interested in a 2014 Toyota Camry SE at ToyotaTown in London that I found on-line after an extensive search of pretty much all of the Toyota dea I was interested in a 2014 Toyota Camry SE at ToyotaTown in London that I found on-line after an extensive search of pretty much all of the Toyota dealerships from Windsor to Kingston. I made an on-line enquiry about the car, received a phone call within about 10 minutes from a manager to clarify my request, and he promised an email response from a sales rep with the details within 15 minutes. Gwen Jones was the Product Advisor who responded. Pretty impressive response times! We quickly came to terms, I indicated to Gwen that I needed to pick-up the car that same week, we completed the initial paperwork on-line, Gwen put me in touch with Financial Service Manager Vladimir Stepancev to discuss extended warrantees, etc., they promised the car would be ready for me on time. I finally met Gwen in person when I travelled to London on the scheduled day, we completed the final paperwork, she introduced me to the car, and saw me drive away with my very first Toyota! I was very impressed with the timely responses during the entire process and the professionalism of the people who worked with me. Thanks, Gwen! More

Gwen Jones was very knowledgeable about products and services, and answered all of our questions. She responded promptly to emails and phone calls, and took us through the whole purchase process smoothly and efficiently. She was also very warm and friendly, which made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. We would definitely go to her again for any future vehicle needs. More
