She provided us with several options, always stressing the benefits of each plan to us, and not to herself or the dealership. We met her 3 years ago as a business manager, and she was great then. As a sales rep, she was outstanding. Everyone of the people we engaged with at the dealership were professional. When I picked up the vehicle, she spent a lot of time going over the complete vehicle and explaining everything to ensure I would be happy and comfortable driving my new vehicle. I also received follow up calls from Gwen to see how I was enjoying my new RAV4 and asked if I had any questions. Vladimir was also friendly, thorough explaining the warranty products and patient with all my questions. More

She did not listen to anything I was telling her about what I was looking for in a vehicle, my needs, or my price point. Needless to say I left ToyotaTown that day extremely disappointed & puzzled at how she actually has a job there. Growing up I drove Toyota's & you would think my parents own Toyota the way they boast about their vehicles. My parents will not buy anything else, and so when the time came to purchase my own car... of course my heart already knew I was a Toyota girl. Because I basically knew I already wanted a Toyota, I spent the 2 months prior to going into Toyota, looking at every other dealership in London.... I had selected a few other vehicle models to compare against whatever Toyota I decided on, just to make sure I was happy with my choice, and to know I was making an informed decision. I ALMOST BOUGHT A VEHICLE I DIDN'T WANT - just because I didn't want to give ToyotaTown my business after my horrendous experience with Gwen... Every experience I had at another dealership (& of course some weren't all that great) BLEW ToyotaTown out of the water. Because of my horrible experience it took me a few more months than I would have liked to buy a car... and I really only went back, because I found the car online, and really wanted it. I even called around to other Toyota dealerships first to see if I could somehow purchase the car through them so I wouldn't have to step foot back in ToyotaTown. Anyways, I requested anyone but Gwen when I did go back to buy the car I saw online. This experience was better than the one 6 months ago, but really I already knew what I wanted and just wanted to buy the car & get the xxxx out! Honestly, if it wasn't for Nicole in financing - I would neeeeeever consider ToyotaTown again... however she did a really good job buttoning up with me and gave me hope that ToyotaTown does still hire competent, respectful individuals to represent such a great vehicle. Maybe I will just have to request Nicole for my next purchase :) More

I went in to see her in early September looking to purchase my second RAV4. She's very easy to talk to and was extremely helpful in selecting a RAV4 that would be most conducive for my long distance drive to and from work. She was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all my questions with ease. She went over and above to assist me in selecting the car best suited to my individual needs. With Gwen's much needed guidance and expertise I ended up going with the 2016 RAV4 XLE, and I absolutely love it! More

She answered our questions and took time to go over everything. Sean Cragg was also very helpful in securing the Highlander we wanted the most that was at another dealership. Janine Feenstra was our finance person who was also wonderful to deal with. She explained everything and never pressured us into purchasing things we did not need. Frankly, I hate buying a new or used vehicle because you usually have to struugle to get the sales person to understand what you REALLY want instead of what they want to sell you . But not with Gwen Jones! She took the time and care to 'understand exactly what I wanted; focussed on that; found out what it would take for me to finalize a deal; and then went ahead to make it happen. No fuss, no haggling, no wasting our mutual time. It took one phone call; one visit to rapidly clinch the deal, and then to pick up a very clean and well presented 2013 Toyota Highlander. Add in Gwen Jones very engaging manner and her ability to communicate well and relate to my needs. And all of this was done in a well maintained and bright show room. Pick up was a breeze!
