Gwen Jones was excellent, very informative and upfront, I felt very comfortable learning about the vehicle from her and felt she was the right person to sell me this car. When we had a few questions after purchasing the car, Gwen responded in a timely manner and was able to give us the answers we needed. Good value for the money Gwen Jones called me 3yrs into a 4 yr lease and explained to me that now was a good time to turn in my Rav4 and get a 2018 model. We dropped in on the Gwen Jones called me 3yrs into a 4 yr lease and explained to me that now was a good time to turn in my Rav4 and get a 2018 model. We dropped in on the Monday and spent about 2 hrs with Gwen disusing the pro's and cons of different models but finally settled on another Rav4. She discussed with us the options that best suited our needs, we live out in the country, driveway 300 meters long with a grade, not easy to maneuver in winter time without 4wd/AWD. Went over lease agreement and what suited us best, highly suggested 4th yr warranty and all the advantages it offered (no cost for oil changes during the lease and all the other extras offered). We agreed. We picked up the car on Thursday and Gwen was very thorough in explaining all the features of this vehicle, she even took the time to set up both of our cell phones to the Blue tooth plus Cini's I pad.
