Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. New car purchase We had been looking for a new vehicle with a good review as we keep our vehicles for a very long time; We were greeted at Toyotatown by Gwen Jones, W We had been looking for a new vehicle with a good review as we keep our vehicles for a very long time; We were greeted at Toyotatown by Gwen Jones, We told her what we were looking for and she showed us the RAV4. She went over the vehicle from front to back. She explained everything under the hood, safety features, inside the vehicle and then we went for test drive. It was quite confusing with all the new technology but Gwen explained all of it and answered all of our questions and some we didn’t think to ask. We decided to purchase the RAV4 from the information we were given. Gwen provided different financial options and options we may choose such as rust proofing, etc. We then met with Nicole who Provided all the financial information and different options as well for the Vehicle. When we picked up our vehicle Gwen was there guiding us again through the vehicle setting up the phone, going over all the different features answering all questions again. She had all the paperwork together and completed when we got there. We enjoyed her upbeat professional personality, her extensive knowledge of the vehicles engine, performance, safety features, options, etc. More

Gwen Jones was our sales advisor and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Gwen was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing. When we arrived at Toyotatown , Gwen had the vehicle ready for our test drive and then went with us and explained many of the features of the Sienna. The whole process of buying this vehicle went smoothly with full disclosure of the pricing and no surprises. When we inquired about winter tires, Gwen immediately found Scott Howe, and even though he was very busy, took the time to answers to our questions. Scott got back to us the next day with a very competitive price on snow tires and wheels. We appreciated Gwen’s enthusiasm and it is very obvious that she loves what she is doing. We would highly recommend Gwen Jones and Toyotatown to anyone who is considering purchasing a Toyota. More
