Worst dealer ever Went in for an oil change and winter tires put on. Technicians found a coolant leak .Part for repair not in stock. Car had to stay there. Left me stranded there with no ride home.I ask the man at the counter how I’m I supposed to get home?His reply was I don’t know. I live 25km from the dealer. I asked if I can get a ride home. His reply no one here can do it your to far.Everytime I go to this dealer it’s always something. Never again will I go to that dealer. Last thing I’ll say is thank you.I will never buy a Kia again. More

Friendly service Came for 72,000 km check up. When I called to schedule, Olivia checked about snow tires and told service tire rotation could wait until I changed to Came for 72,000 km check up. $30 labour charge to install a $29.99 cabin filter!! I just brought in my 2011 KIA Sorento in to Georgetown KIA for it's service. It was a Service Level that only required an oil change. While waiting I just brought in my 2011 KIA Sorento in to Georgetown KIA for it's service. It was a Service Level that only required an oil change. While waiting I was advised that my cabin filter needed replaced. I agreed to that. When I received my bill I was charged $30.00 labour to install a filter!! I called and spoke to Megan who said "sorry this is what we charge". This is not the first time I was over-charged at this dealership. I will definitely be looking elsewhere to take my KIA for service. More
