He showed us what we were looking for, took the time to explain all these new fantastic features that we knew nothing about. Got us an amazing price on a beautiful Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. He searched the system for exactly what we wanted, and had it shipped in for us. Surprised us on delivery day, one he got in had features that we didnt ask for...So they were free. He even personally dropped off trailer hitch cap on his way home. His customer service was amazing. Such a polite,friendly likeable salesman...who would have thought 😁 All of Finch's staff were so polite and friendly. He coordinated all staff required to move everything from my old truck to my new one & get 5th wheel hitch & other accessories moved over @ an offsite location. He has promised to follow up on a few items that are back ordered, incorrect, or custom ordered. We have become good friends & he may even hand deliver items! More

Best buying experience for a vehicle ever! Was shopping for a used RAM 1500, had seen three or four I liked, one at another dealership. Walked into Finch and immediately was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Ricardo listened patiently, took notes, while this was happening, others we going over inventory and Ricardo received a message that I may be interested in a particular stock number. A few minutes later we were out test driving the vehicle. Very nice truck, I asked Ricardo how many Kilometres on the vehicle and was told 42, it was a new truck. To be honest I was a little concerned since I was looking for an affordable used vehicle. We got back to the dealership, my 2010 Ranger had been appraised, and Ricardo said that Zack the Sales Manager wanted to talk with me. Well by the time we were done, Zack had me in a brand new Ram, for less than I was looking at 2016 models. Total time spent 3 hours, including letting me drive the vehicle home so I could talk with my wife, take her for a test drive, then complete the transaction. Everyone at Finch worked as a team, from Sales to Finance to ensure I was put into the exact vehicle with options I wanted, and at a price I was very happy with! Absolute great dealership, best sales team ever! More
