On all levels, I am very pleased with the staff and the quality of my service. I feel that all those I have dealt with are honest, hard-working people who genuinely care about me as a customer. I am very pleased with my 2017 Ford Escape and feel that it is the perfect match for my lifestyle and budget. Kenny is a thoughtful and professional sales person and George went out of his way to make sure I understood all the financing details. Even the staff at Ford Motor Credit have been very kind in answering my questions and straightening out a slight glitch in the paperwork. The service staff are all kind, cheerful and professional, and I find service visits to be convenient and thorough. Special thanks to Kenny for his professional and courteous follow up with me. In all our communications I feel that I am heard and treated honestly, kindly and fairly. More

I f Luis is a very critical part of the Courtesy Ford sales team. His commitment to a satisfied customer is very evident throughout the sales process. I felt very comfortable in his office, where he took the time to look after my needs while working within a budget. I would highly recommend Luis Frada to any prospective buyers or individuals in the market for a new Ford. Not enough can be said about the team at Courtesy Ford Lincoln. George Anderson in Finance, gave me the options I needed within my price range, while Scott Lombardi in service provided the quality assurance needed before I drove my new vehicle off the lot. Complimentary food and drink were also provided throughout the week I purchased my vehicle, another bonus. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from Courtesy Ford Lincoln. More
