The experience I had with my representative was relaxed, he listened with constant eye contact , showed care for what I was looking for.. As a senior, I did not feel intimidated or a sale pressured on to me. I saw a car, I took it for a test drive, we discussed everything I wanted ... I bought the car... A good part of the day was spent with me. Not once did I feel I was taking up their time ... they are there for the client. They gave me a good price for the vehicle I traded in. I drove from Windsor to look at the vehicle and they had it ready to drive when I arrived. Everything was well organized and no time was wasted. When I picked the car up it was clean and ready to go. So far no major surprises with the car and I've driven it pretty hard on a couple occasions. Will definitely consider them for any future vehicle purchases. More
