He was very kind and friendly, accommodating and patient. When we went to the dealership, they were winding up with their big sale so he was very busy. Yet, he was very patient with us and didn't rush us at all. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars that they sell at the dealership. There was no pressure into buying the car that we liked but his apparent sincerity and exceptional customer service is what made us decide to get a car from him. We actually ended up buying a car that was more expensive than the one we originally intended to get. When we bought the car, he took the time to explain the different operating systems. When we got home, we found a couple of missing seals so we called Farid. He ordered them right away and sent them to our home as quickly as possible. Before coming in to Budds' showroom, I had visited a couple other Chevrolet dealers but I was not satisfied with the sales person and did not feel comfortable.
