He was very kind and friendly, accommodating and patient. When we went to the dealership, they were winding up with their big sale so he was very busy. Yet, he was very patient with us and didn't rush us at all. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars that they sell at the dealership. There was no pressure into buying the car that we liked but his apparent sincerity and exceptional customer service is what made us decide to get a car from him. We actually ended up buying a car that was more expensive than the one we originally intended to get. When we bought the car, he took the time to explain the different operating systems. When we got home, we found a couple of missing seals so we called Farid. He ordered them right away and sent them to our home as quickly as possible. Potential car buyers can certainly have a wonderful experience dealing with Farid. More

This was my first car purchase, which i bought two commercial vehicles at the same time (for my new business), and Mr. Bunni was there to oversee and guide us through the process. I have to commend Business Manager Bounsay Osylaphet as well. He worked hard to arrange the financing and made that process very painless and easy for me. I have suggested their services to industry colleagues, family and friends. I'll be back for my next purchases! More

This is the first time that we have purchased a North American vehicle after living in Canada for over 26 years. After reading the reviews on the Sonic RS we thought we would give it a try. Before coming in to Budds' showroom, I had visited a couple other Chevrolet dealers but I was not satisfied with the sales person and did not feel comfortable. But when I came in Budd's Chevrolet showroom, i felt a warm welcome and Farid was very kind and listening to all our requirements needed in a car. He explained everything in detail and made it easier for me to decide which car is best for me. He listened to my concerns and did his best to find the solution and helped me out. Farid is very friendly and understanding. He did not give any false hopes and did not pressure into buying a car on the spot. He supported us in every way possible.
