Farid was born in Baghdad, Iraq and has lived in Jordan, Morocco and moved to Canada in 1992. He has three beautiful children; a daughter who graduated from York and is a high School teacher, a son who graduated from Ryerson with a Business degree and another son who is a computer engineer. Farid has a need for speed and has driven a Lamborghini Countach on a Mosport Race track and motorcycles on Shannonville motorsport park! Being friendly, honest and helpful are key elements in the personality of a great salesperson, and Farid definitely is all three of these things. Farid has seen some danger as he lived unwillingly in a war zone for over 6 years and because of his experiences has a lot of respect for the less fortunate who maintain great attitudes and happiness.

Thank you for your candid feedback. My offer still stands to inspect the car at no charge and work with you to resolve this. All I ask is that we see the car, not to merely rely on a third party non-GM certified mechanic's opinion. As I have stated in our conversations off line is that I am confident we delivered you a safe, inspected and certified vehicle. I cannot control what happens after delivery, but I can control how we deal with the situation and as you may see, we are pretty good at resolving issues.

Thanks very much for your review. However I am confused by the disconnect between our conversation and this email. "You cant prove nothing' is not part of my vocabulary. What I said was that if you would allow us to inspect the vehicle, I would make a determination and help where we could. However you said you were unwilling to get the van to us. I offered a tow. You have still refused, so I will re iterate--My service manager and myself have offered, from the time of your first phone call, to help. If you elected to have a third party mechanic tear down the transmission, that of course is your choice. However, asking me to pay for said service will not occur, especially in light of the fact that you do not want us to inspect it ourselves for some reason. If things change and you decide to allow us to look at the van, please let me know. Wayne

Yes Samantha, as always and from the start I am here to help. All I need is the van to look over. As for the kms I will look in to it. Sometimes used vehicles need to be driven by a tech in order to get the vehicle to pass the emissions test, and often times our service manager drives them to ensure they are in good shape. I'm truly sorry Wayne as my vehicle was not drivable and you did not offer a tow at your expense , we were sent to the service shop spoke with mechanic named Shane who also said bring it in we can see what we can do after telling him it was no longer drivable he told me to get a second opinion if I like , as my vehicle was certified with major safety concerns by this dealerships mechanics , I am reluctant to return there to be taken advantage of again , as I rely on the professionals to properly do there jobs . As I was looking at the inspection sheet and back at the original copy of contract I notice that the day I singed the contract jan 21 2017 , odometer reading was 174176 and on jan 23 2017 when the inspection was done odometer reading 176614 , care to explain that to me, I know it don't take 440 km to do safety and or emissions. and the test drive was maybe 10 km you have copies of these . as for this issues with my vehicle a second opinion was what shane told us to do after telling him the van was not drivable , again no tow truck was offered by the mechanics or you at the dealerships cost , I have no interest in returning for more service from unreliable mechanics , with illegal safety done and the 440 km difference in two day after I singed the contract , I do believe that my rights have been violated as a consumer , thanks for your time , Samantha Sage

Hello Wanye I'm still waiting on a response about the 440 used unexplained kilometres on my vehicle I do have these documents and am willing to send them to you as a refresher , plz let me know if that is something you are interested in , as well as the dilemma on hand , repairs . Unfortunately after being told " you should have hade it towed to us " and " it should not cost you that much" as well "as you can prove nothing ", Sir you left me with no choice but to have it taken care of by my mechanic as I need this vehicle for work , school, ect. Also sir if you were as helpful as you say I would have let the dealership tow it out there at their cost . no problem , but you did not , or we would not be having this conversation right now ! as for the response on the kms 440 is an extreme amount of driving done to make it pass , maybe that's why my transmission blew and also , maybe the mechanic hit a pot hole creating the damage on my van , it has happened before , right ! I am following up to see if you have reviewed the documents i sent via email. Im am curious as to how the vehicle got an extreme amount of kilometers in one day ? , as i signed the bill of sale Saturday 21 in the evening , as the service department is closed by this time and closed on sun , Monday was the only day 440 kms were driven, this is almost impossible to do , unless its to sudbury and back , i hope you understand why im so concerned about this , i look forward to hearing from you thanks again Samantha Sage
