When I arrived at the dealership, I was quickly greeted by Mike, who listened to what my needs were and matched me with my Cruze. Throughout the test drive, Mike was knowledgeable about the vehicle and easily answered all of my questions. When crunching the numbers with Dan, he was honest and straightforward about what the price of the vehicle would be and what my financing options were. Both Mike and Dan seemed genuinely interested in getting me the best deal on this car and did not put any pressure on me to make my decision in the moment. For the final step, I worked with Erin in the finance department. She presented add-on options in a manner that was informative but not pushy. She was very efficient and organized and made the financing process a lot less stressful. The crew at Lakewood made me feel welcome, valued, and respected. I am happy with my new car and with my decision to return to this specific dealership for the purchase. I have no hesitations recommending Lakewood Chevrolet to friends or family considering a new car purchase. More

Test drives of back-to-back vehicles were not a problem. I respected his time and Sean respected my time. Monita and Erin in the business office were informative and efficient; not over-selling, but rather offering the right product for the right vehicle and me. Cory O. was the last smiling face that I met. He made sure that those folks that I worked with answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and he asked if there was anything else that they could do for me, the customer. I was completely satisfied. And on my way home, 600 km down the highway, I was feeling completely at peace with my purchase and their process. I'm still sleeping very well at night! They helped get the right vehicle for my price and with everything I wanted. Car has had no issues and ive had it for 2-3 weeks already and put 2,200 KM on it.
