The first dealership I walked into I clearly explained this and was immediately shown something that turned out to be over twice my budget. When I went to lakewood chev I told them the same thing and they listened to me. Immediately showed me something that fit what I was looking for. They suggested something a bit better that may have suited a few more of my needs but when I said it was our of my budget they went back to the first vehicle. I actually appreciated them showing me the other one in this case because they knew what i needed, listened to what I said were must haves and like to haves. and weren't just trying to upsell me, they were showing me something closer to what I was used to. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and showed me things/features that I would care about. I was pretty stressed about the process but Merik and the sales manager Federico made it a lot more fun and easy. Erin in the finance department was also great. Explained everything well and was available for any questions. Was super happy with my overall experience and will definitely be back for my next car and recommend them whenever I have the opportunity More

I made an online inquiry and soon after had a follow up. I appreciated the email contact as it was easier for us and our schedules. They were very accommodating to the fact we didn't have loads of time to spend at the dealership with a 2 and 5 yr old. Everything was prepared and efficient which we appreciated. Best of all, we had a 24hr test drive. This really helped us make a decision. I could see how this vehicle fit my everyday life. Not once did we feel pressured or like we were trying to be "up sold ". The service is friendly and down to earth. I definately felt like I could ask any question at any time. My old license plate was siezed to my trade in so they replaced my plate for me which they didn't have to do at all. Also they noticed a small clip missing and are replacing the part and clip. They are honest and want their customers to be completely satisfied. I would recommend people consider the quality of chevrolet and the service and friendliness of lakewood chevrolet for their next vehicle purchase. As you can tell we came back for a second vehicle from them and no doubt we'll be lifetime customers. Thanks More
