Overall very positive experience at Ontario Chrysler and with my sales rep Eysan Payman. Eysan took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in my new Ram. I cannot say enough words of praise for Ehsan- who works at this dealership. He has been honest and kind and shown wisdom and insight through the whole process of purchasing an electric Jeep. My jeep was stolen last year and it was Ehsan who was empathetic and gave me hope in owning a Jeep in the future. He did not add any extra prices and gave me the best deal he could . He went above and beyond - I am not used to this at car dealerships. I have had terrible experiences before - but Ehsan is different. He listened and communicated and always replied back. Everyone should have Ehsan navigate purchasing a new vehicle for them - I will always seek him out wherever he is when I need to buy or sell my vehicle.
