Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, Crest makes the process easy, pleasant, low stress. My Product Specialist, Gage Rucker, was excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and polite; communicated very well, always present to make sure every step went smoothly. He's about making sure you're happy, not just making a sale. Highly recommend him! David in Finance is very friendly and efficient, explained all "extras" thoroughly, making those decisions easy. Madolyn, the Delivery Coordinator, was amazing! She very patiently walked me through every step of setting up the tech in my new car! If the GM, Duncan, is there when you go in, be sure to say "Hi" - you'll see where everyone gets their friendly, respectful attitude!!! Can't say enough about Crest!!! More
