Doug suggested the Mach E as he has gotten to know me and my preferences during the years we have been working together and I absolutely love it. This is the 6th vehicle I've gotten from Doug and I won't go to anyone else! I trust Doug implicitly . He always goes above and beyond; makes the process easy ... follows up and follows through regardless of when I reach-out (a rarity in today's world). With the Mach E he tracked the vehicle from beginning to end while keeping me informed every step of the way. The only thing he can't help me with is an evitable speedy ticket, but true to form has provided me with a few suggestions in that regard. I've recommended Doug without hesitation to family and friends, which in itself is something I rarely do because for me to recommend something or someone I feel accountable.
