He was very patient as he walked through the new Edge models and specifications which impressed me. No pressure which I appreciated and he ultimately assisted in securing a 2016 model when the 2015 models were not available. I grew up in the car business and would recommend Doug to anyone who is contemplating purchasing a new Vehicle. Very professional. More

This is my forth truck with Doug, I have recommended many people to him and they have walked away as extremely satisfied as I am. I don't recommend people easily because It's important to me to know that they will be well taken care of, with Doug, I know that my recommendations are validated, I know people at other dealerships but Erinwood Ford is the only place I will go as well as the only one I will recommend. Doug at Erinwood Ford made the process straight forward and transparent. He listened to what I was looking for in my new vehicle, discussed the different packages that could provide what I was looking for, provided full price breakdowns for the different options I was looking at and took me out to test drive the exact vehicles I was considering (In the past I have had people at other dealerships try to push test drives in vehicles with way more features to try to silently upsell me, none of that here). My old car had broken down and I needed a new vehicle quickly, the type of situation some salespeople would try to leverage to gouge you but Doug went above and beyond to provide a great price on my new 2016 Escape! I am very pleased and will definitely recommend Doug and Erinwood Ford to my friends and family! More
