Doug is an amazing salesman when it came time to upgrading my 2010 F-150 to the new 2016 F-150. Between working with a tight budget and very specific vehicle needs, Doug was more than able to help meet all my requirements/needs. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles right down to the little tips and tricks with the keyless entry codes. I came all the way from Stoney Creek to check out the vehicles at Erinwood and I was very satisfied. I will definitely return here in the future. The best part of this whole experience was that I felt NO pressure from Doug. I hate going to a dealership and feeling pressured to buy instantly. He's not your typical car salesman as he genuinely cares about finding what's right for the customer in terms of features and affordability. He's perfectly transparent about everything and most importantly, was very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. Doug Keen Is A True Professional! Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one Doug is different from any other sales associate I've ever dealt with for two main reasons: 1. Doug shows you the car you're going to buy, not one that's similar - He listens to everything you want and only shows you things that apply. He has no personal agenda to sell you something you didn't ask for, and will amaze you when he proves how well he's listened to you. 2. Doug takes ownership - You'd think that Doug owns the dealership. He takes pride in what he does, and shows enough care toward his customers that you'd think his own well-being depended on making sure each and every one of his customers are happy. He works seemingly independently making sure that his customers don't have to know about how difficult it might be to get something done or approved from a manager or other department. Customers don't care to know that stuff, and Doug did an amazing job at shielding us from that. Doug knows we came to buy a car we wanted to love, and that's what we left with. In fact the experience was so great we went back and replaced our second vehicle a week later! We would do it all over again if we could, and would definitely send others! Let's just say that at this point if we couldn't buy another car from Doug, we'd dread having to go to anyone else! Joe in service, and Robyn & Bory in finance were just as much a pleasure to deal with! When looking to purchase this car we had looked around at other dealerships closer to home, but in the end we felt most comfortable going back to Doug. At the other dealerships we felt very pressured, receiving several emails and phone calls after we told them we wouldn't be purchasing on the spot and wanted to see our options. With Doug he waited for us to be ready to purchase, no pressure. He is not pushy and he is well informed, there was not one question that he couldn't answer for me. Doug is very accommodating; staying late to meet our needs. Upon pickup, he took the time to explain all the gadgets in my new car and showed me how to use them. After going to a few other dealerships and pricing out cars, I went to Erinwood Ford and met with Doug about a 2014 Ford Fusion S I had seen online. I took it for a test drive, then went inside and made an offer on the car - eventually I purchased it. Throughout the entire process Doug was beyond helpful and just overall pleasant to deal with and buy a car from, something I didn't feel from the other dealers I went to. As long as the Fusion holds up, I'm going to be a Ford customer for many years to come. More
