Excellent customer service I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape from Doug Keen last week at this location. Doug listened to what I wanted and needed. He didn't try to push me or bully me into purchasing something higher priced or with more options then I needed he understood and respected what I could afford and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had previously been at 2 Ford Dealership lots last week. 1 that ignored me completely during my visit and the other one continued to try and push me into purchasing something that had a payment plan that would have left me strapped financially. Doug was kind, friendly, listened to me and went over every detail of the purchase with me. Doug even linked my phone to the car for me before I left and told me not to hesitate to call if I had any questions. Thank you Doug Keen. I will definitely be referring friends to you. More

Sales above and beyond the rest Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted and was asked if they could help even though on Mon Aug 1st the place was just jumping with other guests Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted and was asked if they could help even though on Mon Aug 1st the place was just jumping with other guests looking and being helped by a never ending list of advisors, 3-4 people advised me they will get someone to assist me .A few minutes later I was introduced to Doug Keen. Doug's knowledge and enthusiasm along with his people first attitude gave me a very positive impression of him and Erinwood Ford. I told him I wanted and Energi model of a Ford Fusion or a Cmax.He asked me if I wanted test drive 1 or both. I already drove a Fusion although mot an Energi Model. After getting all the info I could of asked for I went on test drive. Take your time Doug said and he suggested where I could go on rougher road for ride, a main highway for acceleration and a congested area for stop and go. Upon arriving back at the Dealer Doug dropped his barbecue duties to see if I needed any more info or wanted to take out any other car. I informed Doug I was interested in the CMAX ENERGI and wanted him to price it out for me the 1st time. Doug informed me the price will be a no nonsense price. Shortly after my car was appraised we sat down and Doug came back with the price I was almost prepared to accept, I asked for a further fair price reduction since my trade in was almost showroom condition. they agreed and We proceeded to close the deal. I have bought may new cars over the years but have never received such positive attention to detail. Doug is a example for what a professional salesman should aspire to be. I have a very positive image of Erinwood Ford due Doug Keen's customer service abilities and attitude which are a "11 out of 10'. For a positive no pressure car buying experience I highly recommend talking to Doug Keen for all your auto needs. THANKS Ray More

Sturdy Experience This is my second truck from these guys. (Reason # 2 I'll go back.) I shopped the price around to nearly every dealer in the Toronto area and couldn' This is my second truck from these guys. (Reason # 2 I'll go back.) I shopped the price around to nearly every dealer in the Toronto area and couldn't come close to what I payed on both trucks. (Reason #3 I'll go back) I hate going to dealerships... I shop at home and do the research before I walk in so can get in and out ASAP. That being said I am not an easy customer. Doug never lost his smile as much as I asked him to compare 5 trucks and dickered relentlessly about the differences. (Reason #1 I'll go back) I had a credit Hick Up. Due to a minor credit malfunction on the behalf of the one of the Bureaus, I was not initially able to fiance my newest truck. I phone the Doug, asked to speak frankly and told him that we needed to find a solution.....In a matter of minutes, between Doug, his manager, and Adam the finance manger involved, the problem was solved. I am a contractor and the truck is my number 1 tool. Its gets me to where I need to get to to provide for my family. This is my 7th truck in my life and I'm pretty sure I know where my 8th is coming from. More
