He was able to provide me with exactly what I wanted with a no pressure approach. Doug answered any questions I had honestly and promptly and truly showed that he cared for his customers. Upon delivery of my vehicle, even though it was a very busy day at Erin Wood, Doug went above and beyond my expectations in showing me the features in detail. I have been a District Sales Manager in the past for a number of years and I cannot speak highly enough about Doug's efforts and dedication to his customers. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Carol Buckwald in Finance and Nick Palalas in Sales. Both Carol and Nick also added to the pleasure of dealing with Erin Wood Ford. My father purchased a vehicle from Erin Wood Ford in 1977 (they were called Elmwood Ford at the time). He was very happy when he made his purchase and I am glad to say they have not changed in their customer satisfaction.
