I was in the area and my B1 service due light came on 3 days prior so I pulled in the service lane and was immediately greeted and was told no appointment needed for oil change and rotate. I was on my way days prior so I pulled in the service lane and was immediately greeted and was told no appointment needed for oil change and rotate. I was on my way in less than an hour.
