Used car shopping We were in the market for a newer used vehicle for me to basically travel back & forth to work. I was contacted by Dianne Muldoon almost immediately, and from then on , our buying experience with her was A1 !!! Her thoroughness in explaining all the bells & whistles on the test drive, her care with making sure we understood all the financials, and the time she spent overall when we picked up the vehicle...amazing! Outstanding customer service and sales for 2 vehicles 10 years ago I purchased a GM vehicle from Dianne Muldoon and when I saw her at Finch and I was in the Market for new vehicles, I knew she was the one 10 years ago I purchased a GM vehicle from Dianne Muldoon and when I saw her at Finch and I was in the Market for new vehicles, I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She is extremely friendly and personable and works toward a deal that suits you personally and financially. There was no disappointment, she came through again. This time I purchased 2 vehicles (2 cruze LT's) and my son whom is 21 was with me, so they have captured a younger generation buyer that will come back because of the experience we had. Mandy was amazing! This is the first time that I have dealt with a finance person and felt like I really mattered. She was extremely helpful in explaining everything that was offered, but at the same time she was not pushy. Being pushy turns me off and as a result of her demeanor I did purchase extras because it was a benefit to me and my new vehicles. She is personable and I felt like she was dedicated to me and my financing needs. Great experience I only hope that in another 7 years they are both still there! If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or a gently used vehicle, go see Dianne and Mandy you will not be disappointed. More

I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with Dianne's professionalism and attention to detail. She knows her product inside and out (which is something all sales people should, but often don't). Before picking my ATS, she ensured that I was completely familiar with the vehicle, even going so far as to help me pair my cellphone with the infotainment system. I have also purchased a new set of snow tires and rims for the vehicle. Dianne connected me with the service department and followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. Overall, great people, great service, great car. More
