Derrick was so frien I bought a used Jeep Liberty recently from this dealership, I was lucky to deal with Derrick, he is such a pleasure to work with. Derrick was so friendly yet professional, he let me test drive the truck as much as I wanted, answered all my questions patiently with a smile on his face (and man I got lots of them), and the most important thing that he had never put pressure on me to finish the deal, he was professional in negotiating the price, went back and forth many times between me and the manager and never showed any sign of disappointment, he was just trying to help me and to make it happen. Also he did not say that famous sales sentence that “the deal is good only for now and tomorrow will be a different price”. Also not to mention that the car and ownership were ready 1 day before the time we agreed on and he called me to let me know, when I went to pick it up, everything was ready and the car was fully detailed waiting for me.
