When I started looking for a car last year I had a huge wish list and Dave let us know when there were similar cars on the lot. We decided to wait a year and revisit the car purchase, that didn't bother Dave at all and he called us a week ago to let us know that there was a car that was perfect on the lot, and the best part was it was a 2014 slightly used (12000km) and a great deal. I drove the car and fell in love. While reviewing the specs on the Island Ford website I realized they had just received the 2015 version of the same car. I applied for the financing thru the contact submission form on the web site and received a prompt response to let me know they received my information and we're working on it. Within hours I received the email saying I was approved. We went that night to look at the car in the flesh and it was perfect. I let Dave know I was going to purchase the car, most of our communication was via text or email which is perfect for someone like me with a hectic lifestyle. We arrived to pick the car up and Edie had the paper work done and ready to be signed. Dave and Edie are a great team, they are genuine people who care about your happiness more than the bottom line. The fact that Dave called a year after the fact to let us know there was a car that met all my search criteria speaks to what a wonderful person he is, he is definetly on top of his game. More
