Little did I know, right before I had dialed their number, someone from Erinwood Ford was already calling me regarding my email inquiry! I was met with a friendly rep. from Erinwood Ford and they had worked out all of the information I could not get from any other dealership. I had questions regarding different financing options, at different leasing lengths and what rate it was at. I had the granular information I was looking for that other dealerships could not provide nor the expertise of their representatives. I am extremely satisfied with my new mustang! He was very helpful in determining the right vehicle to fit my requirements. I am from the Peterborough area and even though the drive to visit Erinwood was 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. away from my home, it was well worth the time to drive down and I would use this dealership again for any future vehicle purchase. Due to my immigration status, it took him lots of communication efforts to finish my deal, but his professionalism is unquestionable. As a customer, I'm really satisfied with his attitude of being considerate for my benefits instead of profits for the business, which makes everything much easier. The first time I walked into his office, he showed me the invoice and explains how their business is based on volume instead of profits. Knowing my plan is just to drive the car for 2-3 years, both Dave and Bory didn't promote any unnecessary warranties. If you plan to buy a Ford at GTA, Erinwood is the place to go and you can definitely find a good deal from Dave. More
