There was no high pressure sales tactics and I felt valued, respected and comfortable, which sadly is not always the case when purchasing a vehicle at some dealerships. In trying to decide between a couple of different vehicles the service I received at Capital Ford played a big part in my decision to go with the Ford Escape. A special thank you to Parikshit Vyas for all his help and patience answering all my questions. I hope this excellent service will continue with the regular maintenance on my vehicle. More

Their service and team approach had been highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. I do not enjoy the process of shopping for a new vehicle but the experience was pretty painless thanks to the accommodating and friendly service of everyone I dealt with. I was especially impressed with my salesman, PK Patel. PK was extremely knowledgeable about every car I wanted to look at. He didn't pressure me at all and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am very happy with both my purchase and my experience at Capital and would recommend them to anyone. More
