Long drawn out experience Although I was asked to write a good review about this dealership, I find myself hard pressed to do so. The people that work at blue mountain are very friendly & laid back. However, even though this may be a good thing to look for when searching for a dealership to purchase your newest vehicle at, being too laid back can be very frustrating for the customer. I bought my new to me jeep at the end of January & although it took a while to get into something the paperwork was done in a timely manner thanks to Steve Grey, he was awesome. I did not receive the second key to the vehicle or the old license plate from the truck I traded in. It was a very big case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing. Despite consistent calling to the dealership, who said that it was being done, it still hasn't been given to me. It's now the middle of March & dealing with only having one key to your vehicle can be extremely frustrating. I hope that for future customers, the staff will not completely diregard them after they sign on the dotted line. According to marketing statistics, the best way for a company to make money is to keep the old customers happy, so that in the future the customer will continue to do business with them. Unfortunately blue mountain has left a sour taste in my mouth & I will not be returning to deal with them again. More
