Knowledgable, Friendly, Customer Focused Great experience at this dealership, both when I was first "shopping" for a new vehicle, and then when making a purchase. I had been to a number of other dealerships to check out competitive product, and at least one other dealer representing the same product line. My decision to return to Blue Mountain Chrysler to make my purchase was based on two factors. First, the employees, and in particular the sales person. The buying experience felt more like a collaboration than a "sales pitch". My questions were answered and additional considerations were offered which proved to be extremely helpful and beneficial. At all times I felt like a valued customer. I was greeted and welcomed each time I went into the dealership. Second, the premises. The entire dealership shows well, is clean, well organized and quite obviously well maintained. Throughout my experience, Blue Mountain Chrysler came through as "head and shoulders" above their competition. I would highly recommend this dealer, and the sales person - Darlene Cole. More

2011 Chrysler 200 Hood. "2011 Chrysler 200 new Hood" I noticed some bubbling of the paint around the headlights and in the centre of the hood by the windshield. I called m "2011 Chrysler 200 new Hood" I noticed some bubbling of the paint around the headlights and in the centre of the hood by the windshield. I called my dealer they asked me to bring the car into shop to see these ice manager Rob Picken. I took the car in to see Rob on July 25, 2016 at about 12:00 PM, Rob was very understanding and took pictures of the problem areas, especially on the hood by the windshield. Rob asked me to open the hood so that he could take pictures of the underside, and indicated the it was severe at the fold under the paint. Rob told me that he would send the picture to FCA, to review and that would get back to me hopefully in a couple of days. We at 2:30 PM that very same day Rob called me back and said that they are going to replace the hood and that he has ordered all nescesary parts and asked me if I lould bring the car in the following Wednesday August 3, 2016. As he has made an appointment to have the work done. I was amazed at such a quick response. Great follow up. More

I am from out of province and she helped me to arrange to get the car home as easily as possible, and advised me how to get PST refund in BC. I am on fixed income and I was offered a reasonable price and got good value for the price I paid. I highly recommend Darlene and Blue Mountain Chrysler. I would definitely deal with Darlene again if I had the opportunity. More
