I had a problem with a rattling in my car, I took it in to get looked at, told them what I thought the problem was because my boyfriends best friend has the same car, and had the same problem. When he too to get looked at, told them what I thought the problem was because my boyfriends best friend has the same car, and had the same problem. When he took his car in, he was told there was a TSB for it, and they ordered the part and fixed it. When I brought it in however, they didn't mention anything about a TSB and didn't fix what I brought it in for. I ended up having to come back to the dealership 4 times to have the problem resolved, meaning I had to come in late for work each time I took the car in (my boss wasn't too happy with that). The first time i brought it in, they didn't check the problem I had originally brought it in for. So, I brought it back a 2nd time, went for a drive and they found the problem. That was cool, but a part for the car had to be ordered. So I came back again when I was told the part was in. I came back, dropped off the car, then got a call later in the day that they ordered the wrong part, so again, the problem wasn't resolved. Again, I got a call to come down for a 4th time because they got the correct part in. I dropped off my car that morning and then got a call later on saying that somehow, the part that was ordered had gone missing so this time, they were holding my car for the night. I had also mentioned a problem with the climate control, that it keeps defaulting to low at full fan speed almost every time I turn on the car. They did check this problem, and explained to me that this is how the auto feature works. I explained that I understand the way the auto feature works however, this was happening when I wasn't using the auto feature. They told me that it wasn't happening when they tried it so there was nothing wrong. I came home, turned on then car and again, same problem. My boyfriend decided to take a video on his phone this time to prove what was going on in case I would get turned away again. Again, his friend drives the same car and does not have this problem with the climate control. Lastly, I noticed that on the back passenger side of the door that the weather stripping was coming off and was causing a rattling noise on that side of the car. I mentioned this when I brought the car in for service with the climate control. I then received a call at work saying that they couldn't see the part of the weather stripping I was talking about. I had to have one of my colleagues drive me down to Capital so I could point out the weather stripping. I was then told that the part is going to be ordered and to bring the car in again, on Monday...however...the part that they're ordering might not fit...I didn't think that sounded right at all but I'm really not one to get in people faces when somethings wrong which I guess is my downfall and which is why I may be having so many problems with Capital. I feel as though I'm just being walked over because I'm such a push over. Either way, that sounds really weird to me that ordering a specific part for a car, that I paid to have made might not even fit the car the part is made for. That just doesn't make sense to me. It hasn't been a great experience at all. The sales staff I dealt with were amazing and answered all of my questions, this has nothing to do with them, it's service that I've been having troubles with. I would like to mention that I did get an email asking how my service was, and that I would get a survey shortly (which I have in the past) asking about rating the service. I was told in the email that if I wouldn't give 100% on the survey that I should tell them why. I sent an email similar to what I'm saying here 7 days ago and I haven't heard anything from anyone since and I never did get the survey. This whole experience makes me not want to deal with Capital again unfortunately. More

I had a recommendation to have the service work done from the Fast Lane and it was not urgent so I was able to link in with the change out of my winter tires. Very easy to set up the appointment, get a good the Fast Lane and it was not urgent so I was able to link in with the change out of my winter tires. Very easy to set up the appointment, get a good idea of the time frame and booking was prompt - no need to wait. Very quick drop off process and rides both ways to and from the dealer to work. Darcy called with a heads up on a couple items to look into. The work was done by noon and I was called as a heads up. I am very comfortable having all my work done at Capital. More
