I stumbled across MWC via a Google search of Toyota Corolla Hatchbacks. I called and spoke to Damien and arranged an appointment. My first impression was "just another used car lot", until I looked at the condition of the cars. Damien showed us a vehicle in the showroom, and explained why MWC was different than any other used car dealer. My interest was peaked, as I am OCD about my cars and it was obvious that their detailers were the same. We test drove a Corolla Hatchback and then a Camry. While waiting for Damien, as it was a Saturday and they were super busy, we took notice of how the sales persons were highly trained, and worked together. The sales team are attentive to the customers and go out of their way to ensure that you are being looked after. The owner Raj even came by and struck up a conversation about the vehicles they sell and the work that they do. He has definitely created a family atmosphere. The transaction with Damien was seamless and he made sure that we were happy with our purchase. When we looked over the vehicle and noted concern with a few surface scratches on the trunk, he took the time to take the vehicle to their detailer and brought it back 15 minutes later with the marks gone. Who does that! Upon pickup of the vehicle, it came as advertised - MINT inside and out. We can't say enough about MWC - from the detailers, to the sales team, right up to the bossman, they deliver what they promise and go above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied. More
