When we described what we wanted to the salesperson he actually listened to us! he did not try to convince us to buy something we did not really need. He actually managed to find us an excellent deal which suited both our budget and our wants! I know I will be going back to look for this salesperson when it comes time to replace my second vehicle. we really enjoyed the experience! The finance staff were excellent as well. they explained everything very clearly and went through all the other options we could be interested in. More

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy! When i walked into Vaughan Chrysler, I had the same thoughts running through my head - "they just want to make a sale". Being a woman, walking into a car dealership can feel like walking into a boys clubhouse. As soon as I walked in, I was greeting by Sherry. She turned out to be so patient and helpful, that I triple-stapled her business card to my Jeep brochure! I'm so glad I did. Not only did we take out several makes/models - because I couldn't decide - there was never a time where I felt pressured to sign on the dotted line until I was good and ready. It was quite a scene that day when I did finally sit in the 2016 Trailhawk and exclaim "This is it - I say YES to this car!". I think Sherry was just as excited and happy as I was...I think everyone in the dealership must have heard it too. Financing was easily explained and no matter how many questions or changes we wanted to make to the final sales contract, they were more than happy to oblige. Everyone was extremely helpful. Thanks to Sherry and the Vaughan team I know that I've walked away with the best deal and the best car for me! More
