I bought a Jeep Renegade the first time and was very impressed with Colleen's professionalism, enthusiasm and follow up after the vehicle purchase. She made the experience a delight and I have been recommending her to my friends and family ever since. I recently purchased another vehicle from her, a Jeep Wrangler. She was very accommodating again and a pleasure to work with. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was profession and very responsive from the greeter at the front desk to the sales manager to the finance manager. The problems we did have were upstream with the parent company FCA. Long delays on the build with no acceptable explanation, poor information flow to the dealer and lack of transparency and ownership. Delays are unavoidable, but the current status quo for communication and order tracking is unforgivable today. I can track a $6 pair of socks from Amazon, but cannot track a $60,000 custom ordered vehicle. More
