department. Every time I had to bring my car in for service it turns into a nightmare. The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to

The car is there for way too long just for diagnosis and to be told that they had to order parts and I’ll have to bring it back a second time which again takes way longer than it should. And I have to hassle with them for a loaner vehicle which I am entitled to in my platinum warranty but they say they don’t have any. 0 out of 10 will never do business with Family Hyundai again nor will I recommend them to anyone but I 100% will advise against doing business with family Hyundai every chance I get!
