We happened across the dealership while visiting London on a Sunday and were first impressed with how well organized all the new and used vehicles were. We then happened to chat with someone at a gas station who was driving a Santa Fe and she highly recommended Finch Hyundai and Jameel in particular. So I emailed him when I got home. His customer service was exemplary over email and text. We had also been in touch with a local dealership whose customer service came nowhere near to Jameel's and that's why we decided to travel all the way to London and back twice in order to buy from Jameel. He was honest, friendly, helpful and very responsive by phone, text or email. He listened to our needs. He didn't try to sell anything we didn't need. Even the finance manager Clint Johnston was excellent - the first time in 50 years that we actually bought an extended warranty and protection plan! Clint explained the benefits very well and wasn't at all pushy - we were able to think about the decision for 24 hours before confirming. I recommend Finch Hyundai and Jameel and Clint unreservedly! More

Garrett is the man I inquired about a 3 year lease on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra GLS on the Finch website and within a matter of minutes, Garrett replied to my email letting I inquired about a 3 year lease on a 2017 Hyundai Elantra GLS on the Finch website and within a matter of minutes, Garrett replied to my email letting me know about the end of the month incentives. I booked an appointment with him at 9:15AM and it was smooth sailing from there. Garrett was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made my purchase extremely easy. I would definitely recommend coming to Hyundai Finch and Clint Johnson, the business manager, was excellent to deal with as well. More

Jennifer was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation, she made the experience very enjoyable. I did not feel the pressure to buy it from them, yet Jennifer made sure that I was getting the best deal and a great vehicle. I've been involved with several car dealers in the past and never had a more personable experience with Jennifer. That said, when it came to crunch down the numbers and getting an approval for the vehicle, Clint was also extremely helpful and approachable. More

Great place to buy your Vehicle I met Jameel Fayad on my second visit. He actually went to the first agent to consent whether he could serve me. :). This shows they have great understanding between them as co-workers. Jameel never once forced us to sign a deal. His attitude and behavior was very friendly and professional. He made us feel comfortable, very knowledgeable which made us make the decision that very day. I own a 2013 Tucson GLS FWD now which i bought from Finch Hyundai. Its been over two years and i have moved to Toronto. I miss the customer service. I have actually booked an appointment with Finch Hyundai for my 48K service. Trust me it will be worth the traveling. :) More
