Lovin the new Cruze! I wasn't planning on buying a Chevy. I misunderstood pick up day ,on a vehicle that Chuck matched perfectly to them. These two people,(and am sure plenty behind the scene that I don't know) went above and beyond to make it possible for my mother to get her new vehicle.that day,on short notice. Chuck and Susan were so patient and professional to them....explained everything and took the time from the financial end to explaining the vehicle to older clients.. Made them feel valued and not marginalized as is so common the practise these days. We truly appreciate everything Susan and Chuck did. Thank you! More

I never feel overstretched or under pressure to purchase, just welcome to take a look-see at the numerous vehicles on the HMP lot and as a result I leave riding in the best fit a gal can ask for! I think that man might have the patience of Job! Going down the hall to Susan Riddle just becomes the icing on a cake! She is knowledgeable, beyond efficient and that Girl is loads of fun making handing over the cash a painless experience! Then there's Jeff Heywood making sure you get the entire experience in Customer Service Extraordinaire with a Buick that's road worthy beyond! I just might be have the cutest Buick around! So two shouts out to HMP for having the Best staff this side of the world! P. S.
