With the economic climate being what it has been and experiencing layoffs in the winter time, I didn't have my credit cards paid in full like I usually do. So, Natasha in finance had to do a little extra finessing and massaging of the deal to get the right APR for me to make the deal right. Next thing you know, I'm driving down the road in my new Ram 1500 Q/C 4x4 Hemi, love these trucks and rest assured, I'll be sending more cuatomers their way in the future. More

Buying a Jeep I had a pretty terrible experience with this dealership. Buying a used vehicle was less important than a newer one. I had originally dealt with anothe I had a pretty terrible experience with this dealership. Buying a used vehicle was less important than a newer one. I had originally dealt with another employee at first and he went off on a leave with a different Jeep. The original Jeep was used as well but more expensive. I was treated fairly at first. Then I decided to lower my price range to a cheaper Jeep. This is when I got the run around. They had a sales event going on and when I had made an appointment to finalize my sale and was still made to wait around for over an hour while others who were buying new vehicles were served first. The car has a chip on the window and they repaired it quickly the next day. I have no complaints about the service department but found the Sales man rude when I decided to buy a cheaper Jeep and they were not flexible on the pricing at all. I also got crappy/used wiper blades (which they did replace when I complained) and no screws to attach my license plate. The finance department was friendly and helpful and so was the service department but it's not worth it. I would not buy here again or recommend. More
