Great customer service. Staff know their product well. I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that I first saw online. Glenn Kneller answered my initial questions about the advertised vehicle and then really I bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that I first saw online. Glenn Kneller answered my initial questions about the advertised vehicle and then really listened to me describe what features I needed in a vehicle. He offered information about the 3.6 V6 and the 5.7 V8, what each would do for me as a towing vehicle, and really knew his product. Glenn offered more than one option and the test drive eventually sold me the Jeep that I bought. Natalie Sotnikova and Christina Randell were great to deal with. Natalia was so straightforward and organized. Christina, like Glenn, knew her product well and was very helpful in talking with me about vehicle features. Thanks Christina for setting up my phone in the vehicle. Only issue was the detail cleaning of the vehicle. I had to ask for a stain to be removed from the back seat. Detailer still missed a coffee stain on the back seat flooring. More

Neal was very informative and didn't hide anything that we had been inquiring about for the loan on the 2016 dodge journey i was looking at getting. Didn't hide tgat it had a collision or that it needed updates and the recalls. Natalia was amazing and honest and was able to help get me my loan and very knowledgeable about the loans and unlike the previous dealership she got me it through a known bank company. Even having a few issues and learning such a new vehicle this dealership has been very helpful through and through. Will be going back here when I am ready to buy another vehicle! I am happy with the interest rate and over all price on what I will be paying for my 2016 dodge journey. More
