I made the decision to visit the Dealer to see the truck and I say this without a lie that I was more impressed with the customer relations & service then I was with the truck. Don't get me wrong, the truck was absolutely fantastic and everything I wanted but what made it that much better was the easy communication and the excellent customer service from both Brad & Natalia from Financial. You won't find a more genuine and responsive salesperson anywhere. I always felt like a priority with him no matter how busy he is....and he is a very busy man. The day of pick up went extremely smooth starting off with Natalia in finance. Very friendly with lots of good conversation to fill the time between all the keystrokes and paper signing. She knows her job and the business very well and is very personable. Finally I get my truck and Christina was there to walk me through all the bells and whistles and answer all my questions.
