terrible I dropped my car off the day before since the service appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t even started my service. All I was s I dropped my car off the day before since the service appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 4pm and they hadn’t even started my service. All I was scheduled was my inspections. It took them about 15 minutes from when they brought my car into the garage to finish. I was also told I’d my inspection would be free but was still charged. More

Fast, thorough, efficient, fair. I can only speak for the Nissan service side. They're great. Best part of the dealership. Unfortunately, they run the HGTV channel constantly, even though no one awaiting seems interested in watching it. But it's otherwise comfortable. More

Thank you I drove into the service center without an appointment because the back door of my 2008 pathfinder was stuck shut because someone had a blanket betwee I drove into the service center without an appointment because the back door of my 2008 pathfinder was stuck shut because someone had a blanket between the floor and the latch.
