I have never owned a Mercedes until now and I'm in total LOVE with it! Charbel is by far the most patient and to say the least, the most determined salesman I've ever met. It took us a total of 2-3 months to make a final decision and Charbel always took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. He always took time from his busy schedule to call or text us to follow up from our last visit or conversation. This has definitely been the best dealership experience I ever had. Charbel is the most knowledgable, friendly and professional sales consultant I ever worked with! He made my car purchasing experience so easy and stress-free! He went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with every little detail and never ever put any pressure on me to make any decisions. He is an incredible human being and one of the best people I have ever worked with! If you are shopping for a new car, don't hesitate to go see him. He will do everything he can to make sure you are happy! I also worked with Rob, the general manager who went above and beyond to help me trade in my previous car for as muc as possible. With both purchases, Charbel made the experience very easy. He took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our decision and didn't pressure us at any point throughout the process. He's very professional, knowledgable and you leave feeling like you've made a new friend which is why I had no problem going back to Charbel for my purchase after my wife's purchase last year. I was actually very close to purchasing an Audi A4 and when it came down to making my decision, Charbel was the difference. Although I'm extremely happy with my CLA, sometimes it's not about the product entirely but the sales experience as well and Charbel was the tie breaker for me. Thanks Charbel!!! More

I dont know what people are doing around the country with cars and dont care, but being asked ridiculous questions an given third degree with each question I felt like the sales person was waiting for me to leave . Almost an appearance on their face as if they do not trust us or we were some high profile thief trying to get the car. As a doctor I did not feel the professional behaviour was apparent, not happy very hurt to know that the money I work so hard for in this country means nothing. I am definitely not going to put my money where I am not respected and I will make sure any and all colleagues of mine do not arrive here for a purchase. Dr. Rizvi More
