Went to Capital to look around. Anand came by and asked if we needed any help. We said we were just looking. He mentioned if we wanted to look at anything just let him know. He brought the vehicles to us to look at. Said no pressure. Made sure we took them all for a good drive not 5 min. When we thought we found one we liked Anand explained a lot about the suv. When we said let’s go for it he introduced us to Chad. Chad asked if Anand showed us a few vehicles Yes he did. Then Chad proceeded to work out a biweekly price. He also had asked what we could afford and tried to work within that budget. In the end we did purchase that vehicle. Couple weeks later we traded off a truck we had for a newer truck. Anand was our salesman again. Found us a better truck that suited our needs and wants. Chad again tried to work his magic. We went for it. Few months later had troubles with the suv and we talked to Chad. He said to stop by. The wife went on her own as I was at work. Anand and Chad made her feel comfortable to talk to. The did not intimidate her. Then Justin had joined Anand and Chad to make things better. They found a couple options for her to trade out to. A week later I came to capital with the wife and we looked around. They asked if we wanted the one she looked at the week earlier. Said it was out of our budget. Anand then was right on top of trying to find one in our budget. We found one. Chad started to do his thing once again. It was a Saturday and was having trouble hearing back from the banks. However he kept trying and trying. Soon he asked if we could come back in few days as he needed a weekday to get the banks on board. Said ok. We came back few days later and were signing our paperwork. Anand again went through the new suv with the wife to make sure she understood all the features. Chad made sure we were happy also. Justin was also there making sure everything was going good and made sure we were happy also. All three of these men actually did their job in making sure the customer was happy in the end with the purchase. The first suv problems were not a result of these gentlemen but they wanted to fix the problem. Anand and Chad made sure we have their numbers to call if any problems or issues or questions. We took the last suv home and it seems better for us so far lol. And a few hours after we got home Anand was calling us. We thought something went wrong. Nope he was phoning to let us know about a couple features he forgot to mention and how to work them. We did have a few hiccups during the three purchases but Anand, Chad, and even Justin tried to make it right. More
