Robert's steadfast ability to ensure our wants and requests related to our 2021 M340i were nothing less complete. We would recommend Robert to anyone who visits Ferman BMW. We cannot express enough gratitude to Robert and the team for assisting us with our fifth BMW. What a Stellar Job!!!!! Not helpful, too expensive and good luck getting someone on the phone to schedule or get a call back. There are never enough loaners to assist. Second BMW and last. I am very displeased that I was sold a 2021 x5 45e drive Who’s battery is now under recall with no fix in sight. Apparently this problem was known by BMW at the time I purchased the car and I was never told Who’s battery is now under recall with no fix in sight.
