The entire process was one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had to date. Upon walking in, I was treated with respect, kindness, and much patience. After hours at the dealership trying to decid experiences I’ve had to date. Upon walking in, I was treated with respect, kindness, and much patience. After hours at the dealership trying to decide what I wanted, I chose to customize my own. Not having been through that process before, Joe navigated me through seamlessly. He communicated the status at every stage so I was not left in the dark. When I picked up my vehicle, everything was ready and I was given a thorough training session on all the features. In addition to Joe, other team members stepped in to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. I love my new car and will definitely be recommending Ferman to friends and family. More

Serviceable, clean and very attentive to their customers. Artur our salesman was great. William Patti was our BMW salesman. He was fantastic. He kept us totally informed and up to date on our BMW X3 m50. He took care of all our questions and more. I would rate him a 5+. I have bought many new cars in my life and I would rate him probably the best. So far, I am very happy with our new BMW X3 m50 SUV and looking forward to us having our 2 new BMW autos being serviced at the Ferman BMW service center in Tampa, Florida. Once again Ferman BMW and Tom Berges hit it out of the park. Tom is always professional, courteous and informative; most importantly he is never pushy. Third car I bought with Tom as my salesperson. Very UNSATISFIED will not recommend this place to no one because customer care was very poor and they care more about money. They sold me a car and they use a lot that was a lemon. I lost thousands and thou because customer care was very poor and they care more about money. They sold me a car and they use a lot that was a lemon. I lost thousands and thousands of dollars. Spoke with the manager he said he we’ll look into it and never call me back. I almost die driving that vehicle called a dealership that same day as I was driving. No one even called me back to check on my safety. Didn’t even have a car more than two weeks when at first had major issues. They gave me a lunar for one week and then a week later it went into malfunction mode again. I will let all my Facebook friends know about this. I will let Seminole happening know about this. I will let Largo happening know all about this and I will make sure that I tell everyone how bad the service and how I’ve lost thousands of dollars and I’m a single woman just trying to make ends meet and they took all my savings More
