Fantastic customer service blown away!! Emailed peel Chrysler because I was in the market for a jeep wrangler unlimited! They had exactly to every detail the Jeep I wanted. Was reffered to Cathy from the sales manager Bruno who was very prompt with the email communication. Upon speaking to Cathy she went out of her way to assist me in the purchase of my jeep emails and phone calls were prompt with very good detail no questions were left unanswered she even went as far as rearanging her scheduled appointments to accompany my jeeps delivery I was blown away by her outstanding customer service and her dedication to keep the customer her priority! Sam the finance manager had also exceeded my expectations as far as communication and his non stop efforts to get me financed for the Jeep! All in all I have never been treated with such respect and integrity from sales and managerial staff at any place than peel Chrysler definitely got my business for life!! I particularly like the ability to discuss through email as it is difficult to always be on the phone, so I found that part of customer service helpful More
