Carlos was excellent to deal with very courteous and helpful the dealership was fair to deal with only regrets is I didn't know that the vehicle did not have a side view camera like my 2020 sport my wi helpful the dealership was fair to deal with only regrets is I didn't know that the vehicle did not have a side view camera like my 2020 sport my wife was very disappointed with my choice of this model and no warranty information for the vehicle only a cd rom which we don't have a reader old school system I have a Mac and tablets, warranty was never explained explicitly to me for the 2024 CRV I believe we have a 36 month 60,000 km new vehicle and a 5yr 100,000 power train and a 160000 km 8 year battery and hybrid warranty never explained in detail?? More

Carlo was nothing short of professional, polite and very good business etiquette that is a challenge to find anywhere nowadays. Alberta Honda over all very good. I know the finance department has to do thei good business etiquette that is a challenge to find anywhere nowadays. Alberta Honda over all very good. I know the finance department has to do their sales pitch to but, it is not a quick process. Plan your time accordingly. Sure wish we were in the 80’s for buying a car. More

Bought a Honda Civic from these guys. Good polite staff. Salesperson Carlo was great to deal with. Got the deal done and received the car within in about a months’ time. The dealership has some add ons above MSRP which you cannot get rid of, but compared to the ridiculous amounts at other dealerships, Alberta Honda had the best offer, for sure. To give an example of good service, had some misunderstanding over their website prices once, but this was dealt with in a polite and professional manner by Carlo who explained the situation. Overall, a positive experience and would recommend. More
