My friend took me to Lexus of Pembroke to lease a new vehicle. My sales person was Kham Alexander he made me feel welcome he answered all my questions being it was my first time leasing and he also gave vehicle. I responded to Lexus of Pembroke Pines about my disappointment regarding a higher price for a detail service to my car then I was originally quoted. I spoke with a manager by the name of Lourdes. She apologized for the miscommunication and rewarded me with a complimentary detail service on my next service for my Lexus RX450. I was more than satisfied with this response and is a big part of the reason I will continue to do my business with Lexus of Pembroke Pines- they truly care about their customers. Buying a quality vehicle is important- getting the service to back it up is even more important! Thank you!
