Igor was outstanding, friendly, considerate, and accommodating. I brought in my written CarMax appraisal that Igor advised they would honor (not maybe, not try, not consider, HONOR). The sales manager, Frank refused to accept the CarMax appraisal or even come close to it. When I protested and advised I was assured it would be accepted, he stated, "I never promised you I would accept your CarMax appraisal." No apology. He said, I'll give you another $1k off the price (I guess that was the apology). I recommend Igor, but can't endorse Frank's general demeanor and attitude. The deal ended up better than any of the other Lexus dealers in South Florida could offer, so I took it. I sold the car to WeBuyAuto.com for $3200 more than Frank would even consider offering. I also got a better financing deal here than the other dealerships were offering. Don't assume Pembroke Pines Lexus will honor your CarMax appraisal, regardless of what your sales person tells you.
