I was pretty skeptical walking into ford after a horrible experience 8 years ago...thankfully this purchase was far better. The 1 problem there was was taken care of in seconds thanks to Napoleon Financ experience 8 years ago...thankfully this purchase was far better. Purchase of used edge C we were not sure we were shopping for a different vehicle but this dealer seemed to have the only Edge wiith a 3.5 v6 motor that my husband has bee C we were not sure we were shopping for a different vehicle but this dealer seemed to have the only Edge wiith a 3.5 v6 motor that my husband has been looking for. Called and spoke to Irvin Lazorko and came away with a 2018 Edge with the {appropriate engine}. The car is nice to handle and has a good feel of the road. I dealt with Sara Tsang from the start who was always very friendly. Sara was easy to reach and prompt at always getting back to me on my inquiries. She was also proactive by sending me additional pictures and several videos of the vehicle. The sales process was efficient and they also arranged delivery of the vehicle. Once the vehicle arrived, it was as promised and in very good condition. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and dealing with Sara from Capital Ford.
