Service don’t listen to customers!!!!! Called service to book BRAND NEW TRUCK in for problem repairs. Took truck for the day and only thing managed to get completed was oil change and not e Called service to book BRAND NEW TRUCK in for problem repairs. Took truck for the day and only thing managed to get completed was oil change and not even fill of Def.. they didn’t order any parts for repair witch should have been there for day of booking... need to start listening to the customers as problems we’re simply sunroof leak. DS door leak. But what does the daily driver of the truck know!!! Now there wanting to keep truck again for couple more days to repair things that should have been done first time. little frustrating. As there was a vibration. There saying it was a driveshaft balance issue so let the customer drive it I tell they can get new one in to replace it. Clearly causing more issues with parts. To me this sounds like not very good math. As the truck will for sure be back in for more warrenty repairs. More

Excellent customer service from all staff that I interacted with in the service department. Everyone was very friendly and professional, clearly focused on prov customer service from all staff that I interacted with in the service department. Everyone was very friendly and professional, clearly focused on providing the best customer experience possible. My vehicle was assessed and the mechanical problem accurately diagnosed within a reasonable timeframe, which I was then informed about and all necessary repairs and costs involved were clearly explained. Any other minor issues not needing immediate attention were also brought to my attention and left for my discretion to be followed up with later if I so choose. At no time did I feel pressured or mislead into paying for non-essential repairs...which is reassuring when having an older vehicle (2007 Fusion) repaired at a dealership. My previous service I had received at this location prior was also very positive, so I’m confident that my experience here isn’t unique. I would therefore certainly recommend Northstar Ford to others for their auto service/repairs, and I’ll strongly consider buying my next Ford at this dealership. More
