Service I have a service plan for my truck and when I brought it in for service was told plan had expired one month ago. Told mgr there was no notice given to I have a service plan for my truck and when I brought it in for service was told plan had expired one month ago. Told mgr there was no notice given to me on last service and that there was two full services unused on the plan, told that there was nothing that could be done even though I had been bringing truck there since 2013. NOT service. However, front group did great job getting me in for oil change on a holiday Monday. More

It's always very good Mechanic had left a cleaning rag sticking out from under the hood which I had to take out. Service team is always very nice and friendly I had Mechanic had left a cleaning rag sticking out from under the hood which I had to take out. Service team is always very nice and friendly I had also priced the job with another mechanic that I take my other vehicles to and the pricing from Ford was the same so I was also happy with the relative cost of the repair. My only comment is that another dealership I've dealt with (Brasso Nissan) would wash the vehicle (inside as well) just for coming in for an oil change (not crazy detailing or anything - just an exterior wash and interior wipe-down). Every time I come to get my truck I'm always disappointed as I was use to getting that treatment from them. It would be nice if that was done for customers; something simple like that goes a long way. My vehicle is well off warranty but I keep bringing it back - you do have some really good people in that service department. Thank you More

Great work done on vehicle but very poor communication We have dealt with this dealership when it was known as crowfoot ford and service was excellent! Since new owners ( now NorthStar Ford ) it has gone d We have dealt with this dealership when it was known as crowfoot ford and service was excellent! Since new owners ( now NorthStar Ford ) it has gone down hill. Communication and delivery of information is Very poor. We had our vehicle in the shop ( Body and Service) for about a month after a collision. Prior to the Collision we had not had any troubles with our vehicle. While our vehicle was there we never received any updates as to how things were going, we were always the ones to inquire as to the progress. While the vehicle was in the shop, they had called to notify us that they were having issues with the battery. Instead of asking us if we had previously had issues with it or how old the battery was, they just told us that it needed to be replaced and what the cost was. We had replaced our battery about a year and half ago and had bought it from the dealership. I explained this to them and they said they needed the receipt. I explained it was in the glove compartment. We received 3 calls from them stating they could not locate record of receipt after looking with service and parts department. On each occasion specifically said AGAIN that it was in the glove compartment. After the 3rd time they finally listened. We just brought our vehicle back in for servicing and to look at an issue we were having. AGAIN they needed clarification on multiple calls as to what we wanted looked at . Dealing with this dealership is annoying and frustrating as I feel no one listens to what we are saying. The only reason we have been going there is because it is close to our house. We will be looking for another dealership to bring our vehicle More
