I’ve worked at Kelowna Chev for 6 years and have been in the business for 10 years. My favorite part of the job is when you help out a customer who is in a tough position, and turn their day around! I love Kelowna for the lake, snowboarding and golfing 🏌️♂️I also enjoy spending time with my little baby girl Isla, she’s two! My future goals would be too grow the company to being the one and only place anyone goes for their vehicle needs

Excellent service Went to Kelowna Chevrolet to see about upgrading our Equinox to a new one. Dealt with Trevor Neely and he did an excellent job, he was very knowledgab Went to Kelowna Chevrolet to see about upgrading our Equinox to a new one. Dealt with Trevor Neely and he did an excellent job, he was very knowledgable and was able to meet our needs both in the vehicle, of course a 2018 fully loaded Equinox and within our budget. We drove off the lot very happy and are enjoying our new toy. Thank you Trevor and all the staff that helped. Regards Russ More

Amazing experience I had seen online that Kelowna Chevrolet had a used car I was interested in and was put in contact with Eric Cahill. Going into a dealership had never I had seen online that Kelowna Chevrolet had a used car I was interested in and was put in contact with Eric Cahill. Going into a dealership had never been a good experience until this time. The first meeting with Eric was very friendly with no pressure to buy anything. He was really easy going about it and understood everything I was saying and asking for. I met with Kris and Brent from finance and they worked hard together to get me what I wanted. A few hours later I received a call to come pick up my brand new 2018 cruze. I have never had a brand new car and didn’t think it would work out to even try to get one. This team really changed how I view dealerships. I have already, and will continue to recommend Kelowna Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Amazing job guys and thanks again! More

Myles went above and beyond to make sure my first new car buying experience was easy and went smoothly. Myles never made me feel pressured or unsure during my whole experience. He even delivered my car to me when wouldn't be able to get there in time to pick it up after getting my 3M wrap done. What an amazing show in customer service. The kindness of the team was impressive! Tristan and Brent were a great help during my car purchase, they were both extremely kind & honest. I will never come back to this dealership I came into this dealership with very clear and attainable goals as I had been in previous and we had spoken briefly about them and they had said it s I came into this dealership with very clear and attainable goals as I had been in previous and we had spoken briefly about them and they had said it shouldn't be a problem. Upon going in this week I was very dissatisfied in the amount of unprofessionalism from the dealer principal as well as several other higher up management who were unable to work with me to attain these goals. They were very difficult to work with and made me feel very rude to me at the end when I wasn't happy with the deal I had been offered which was very far from the original goals I had in mind. The general manager went as far as to tell me I would never have the vehicle I wanted unless I took his deal now because he had put in a personal favor in order to get me approved for it. I had no interest in buying the vehicle he had offered and so he then went into being very offensive and saying that the vehicle I drive now would break down and I would spend way to much money repairing it because that's what happens with old vehicles and I would wish I took his deal. The service I received from this place is very poor I have never wasted so much time in my life as well as my girlfriend also wasted an afternoon here being sold vehicles she won't be approved for when she could have been looking for things in her market. I would have expected a lot more professionalism from someone like the dealer principal I am thoroughly disappointed and I will never be coming back to this dealer for anything. I will take my business elsewhere in the future. More
